The Burgess Group of Companies consists of two specialist engineering businesses:

Burgess Marine focuses primarily on Mechanical Engineering and Aluminium Structural Repairs and Renewals primarily dedicated to the Fast Ferry industry.

The business also support numerous conventional ship operators globally, operates DNV certified dive teams, and has three strategic partnerships with Incat, BVT Surface Fleet (formerly Fleet Support) and MAN B&W Diesel.

The business also has a dedicated Aluminium fabrication facility and mechanical workshop.

Burgess Rail (Welding) specialises in providing an unparalleled level of support for Britain’s developing rail infrastructure.

Teams are available to operate 24hrs a day, 365 days of year with one primary specialised skill; aluminothermic welding. This process is at the forefront of Burgess Rail’s commercial activities and key to the development of the Network Rail infrastructure.
